Rylan Clark hires an actual McDonald’s van for mum Linda’s 70th birthday – and we’ve never been more jealous

got the dream gift to celebrate a milestone birthday for his mum and, we’re quite sick with jealousy: A real-life McDonald’s van.

The former star and his mum are loved by many, thanks to their hilarious TV appearances and Linda’s cameos on her son’s radio show.

Always wanting to show her how much he loves her, the TV presenter celebrated Linda’s 70th birthday with a sweet message.

The star, 33, marked the milestone by posting a snap of his mum to his 1.5million followers alongside the caption: ‘My gorgeous ’ 70th’, as he and Linda posed behind a wall of beautiful flowers.

But this wasn’t the only way he helped mum Linda mark the moment: He also got a real-life McDonalds van to spoil her.

Props to Linda for also wearing the same shade of red in her birthday frock that is seen in the McDonald’s branding.

The celebratory van seemed to coincide with a sponsored Instagram Stories promotion Rylan was pushing celebrating Mcdonald’s Rewards, but we’re sure his mum loved it all the same.  

He also posted another photo earlier in the week to mark the day of her actual birthday on Wednesday dubbing her the ‘best woman in the world,’ also sharing a snap of his glamorous mum relaxing on the sofa.

Fans were quick to comment on Linda’s age-defying looks.

One wrote: ‘I love your mum, she’s hilarious and always makes me laugh on Gogglebox, Happy Birthday, you look amazing for 70.’

Another added: ‘She doesn’t look 70!’, while a third chimed: ‘She looks great for 70!.’

The mum-and-son pair are , as Rylan and Linda are forever brightening up our Friday nights with their fun antics.

But after an ’, Rylan made it clear he wouldn’t let anyone talk badly about his mum, urging trolls to ‘get a sense of humour’.

Honestly Rylan, same.

After the Essex pair indulged in some banter over his mum’s trouble pronouncing ‘sushi’, he was quick to silence the haters.

He tweeted: ‘For anyone saying im horrible to mum please get a sense of humour, she got her sushi…. Also built her a house, whatever she asks for, and a new hedge trimmer this week….. she’s good’.
