Manchester City edged past Atletico Madrid to book their spot in the final four of the Champions League on Wednesday night in a bitter affair at the Wanda Metropolitano.
The hosts were at the nitty-gritty best, making it frightfully hard work for City to attack and kill off the tie.
However, it was the scenes in the final minutes that the game will be remembered for, as chaos reigned following an incident between Phil Foden and Felipe.
Stefan Savic was seen pulling Jack Grealish’s hair in the melee as the things turned very sour very quickly.
However, it didn’t simply end once the mass brawl had been cleared, with even uglier scenes being reported as the players went down the tunnel.
In fact, according to reports coming out of Madrid, the police were forced to intervene after Grealish and Savic confronted each other in the tunnel.

Unbelievable, Atletico games always tend to be ill-tempered but this is next level stuff. We will continue to monitor the situation for you as it develops.
